Sponsorship opportunities
Manna Institute is seeking partners and sponsors to support the wellbeing of rural and regional Australians in a powerful way – through the delivery of our inaugural research symposium, in Sydney in December 2024.
This landmark event promises to be one of the most diverse gatherings of its kind. It will unite worldleading university researchers, industry and community partners, service providers and people with lived and living experience of mental ill-health at a crucial time. Face-to-face, we will focus on the unique needs of rural and regional communities and the ground-breaking solutions Manna is pioneering.
Established in 2022, Manna Institute draws expertise from seven member universities of the Regional University Network, and collaborates with respected partners including Lifeline Direct, Everymind and the Australian National University’s Centre for Mental Health Research. Together, we are driving meaningful place-based change across a vast geography in the targeted areas of:
suicide and distress;
child, youth and family;
health and wellbeing in later life;
physical health,
the impact of the changing environment, and
workforce development.
The Branching Out symposium is your opportunity to contribute to practical improvements in mental health in rural and regional Australia. In partnering with us, you will help provide an inclusive space for discussion, co-operation and inspiration as we amplify Manna’s vital work. Your financial support will assist us to:
Strengthen Manna’s networks and relationships;
Provide a safe forum for conversations;
Contribute to the professional and personal development of participants;
Foster fresh ideas and potential solutions; and
Invest in the health and wellbeing of rural and regional Australians.
